Jerry Douglas was born Gerald Rubenstein on November 12th, 1932 in Chelsea, Massachusetts, United States. She was born to Jewish immigrants who had immigrated to the United States from Eastern Europe. Jerry grew up in Chelsea, where he studied economics degree at Brandeis University. He also attended law school in Boston, but dropped out to focus on his acting career.
